Zoo New England offers admission discounts for groups of 10 or more (non-members).  In order to receive a group discount, you must make a reservation at least two weeks prior to the date your group wishes to attend.

Franklin Park Zoo Group Rates:

Adult: $16.95
Children (ages 2-12): $10.95
Senior (62+): $13.95

Stone Zoo Group Rates:
Adult: $7.95
Children (ages 2-12): $5.95
Senior (62+): $6.95

Group Rules

 To ensure your enjoyment of the Zoo, please observe the following rules:

  •  There must be one chaperone over the age of 19 for every 10 people 18 years old and younger. There must be one chaperone for every 5 pre-school children. Chaperones must stay with their group at all times.
  • Groups must enter from the Zebra entrance. Payment must be made when entering, and all members of the group must enter together. Payment cannot be made in advance.
  • Once admitted, groups are not allowed to exit and re-enter.
  • The Zoo does not have public storage facilities, and no items may be left in the care of Zoo employees.
  • Groups are not allowed in any gift shop areas without chaperone supervision.
  • Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.

For the safety and comfort of other visitors and Zoo animals, the following are not allowed:

  • Pets (except certified service animals)
  • Feeding of the animals
  • Horseplay, running, screaming, radios
  • Bicycles, scooters, roller skates/blades
  • Balloons, Frisbees, balls, kites, water squirting devices
  • Alcohol, weapons

Chaperones are reminded that they are responsible for the children in their care. Any theft or destruction of property will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
