Location: Franklin Park Zoo is located at One Franklin Park Road in Boston, MA 02121. For more information, please call 617-541-LION (5466).

 

Food: Franklin Park Zoo's indoor, southwestern-themed Giddy-Up Grill concession stand (open year round) offers delicious treats for the whole family. The Giddy-Up Grill proudly serves a fine selection of wraps, sandwiches, salads, pizza and many other kid-friendly foods. At the seasonal Kalahari Kitchen guests can find hamburgers, hotdogs, and other morsels fresh off the grill. Also note that there are plenty of outdoor picnic tables where you can bring your own food to the Zoo and eat.

 

Gift Shop: Discover some wild finds at the Things Wild Gift Shop. Plush toys, games, apparel, and much more are available year round.

 

Accessibility: Franklin Park Zoo is handicap accessible. Guests who rely on service dogs which are trained to perform specific tasks are welcome to bring them into the Zoo, provided the animals remain under the guest's control at all times. Guests are solely responsible for the care and control of their animals. At Franklin Park Zoo, wheelchairs may be borrowed at the Admission booths on a first-come, first-serve basis. Borrowers are required to present a current photo ID. There is no charge for borrowing a manual wheelchair. Power chairs are available from April through October (weather dependent) on a first-come, first-serve basis for a $20 rental fee.
