Did you know you may be able to double or even triple your membership contribution at no cost to you? Many employers will match your current membership contribution. The matching gift does not change your membership level but the additional gift is a huge help to the Zoos.
Contact your Human Resources Department directly to find out if your employer has a matching gifts program. If they do, here are next steps:
1. Obtain the form from your HR department.
2. Fill out the form and send it to ZNE
3. Feel great knowing you helped your Zoos even more!
Updates for current members
Remember your Photo ID!
Membership cardholders are asked to present a photo ID with their membership card on each visit to Franklin Park and Stone Zoo. Membership cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Memberships are valid only for the named cardholders.
Update your contact information
Keep us updated with your current contact information. Please include your name, member ID and mailing address.
Misplaced or stolen cards
Membership cards can be replaced for $5.00. You can place an order for replacement cards at any of our admissions gates, by sending a check to the Membership Department, or by calling our office at 617-989-2076. Please allow up to two weeks for mailing and processing.
