A Wild Affair

Stone Zoo

Saturday, June 20, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Thank you to all who attended our virtual A Wild Affair event!

While we couldn’t gather together to celebrate in person, we enjoyed bringing Stone Zoo to you through a special live program (view videos below) on Saturday, June 20, 2020. Some highlights included a training video with our black bears, Smoky and Bubba, a walk through our conservation work with Dr. Bryan Windmiller, Director of Conservation, and fabulous commentary from our hosts Joe Gresci, Director of Guest Services and his sister, Lisa Gresci, reporter for WBZ-TV. We would also like to thank our sponsors StonehamBank and Weiss Farm sponsored by Donna Weiss for their ongoing support.

These are uncertain times, and we are truly grateful for your role in making our first virtual A Wild Affair event a success. Together we were able to raise over $26,000 for the operation of Stone Zoo and for the care of the animals that live here. The well-being of our animals is at the core of our organization and they continue to receive the expert care they are accustomed to each and every day.

Thank you for being part of the Stone Zoo family and we look forward to seeing you at our gates again soon!
