Member Appreciation Days

To thank you for your continued support during our closure, we're pleased to offer you the chance to visit the Zoos before the general public!


Member Appreciation Days will take place May 28 - June 3 at Franklin Park Zoo and May 30 - June 3 at Stone Zoo.

Know Before You Go

  • Please be considerate of other members, and only reserve tickets if you intend to visit. Capacities are extremely limited per day, and will sell out quickly!

  • To make the check-in process as fast and safe as possible, please print your tickets before arriving at the Zoo.

  • When you arrive at the Zoo, present your membership card and/or photo ID with your reserved tickets so that we can verify your account.

  • You may only reserve for the number of people allowed under your membership level.

Reserve Your Tickets

Ticket buyer and associated guests commit to the following guidelines:

  • Wear a face mask/covering in compliance with the MA Department of Public Health Guidelines.
    • Please note: Children under two are not required to wear a face covering.
  • Maintain social distance of 6 feet between other guests not in your party.
  • Enter the Zoo at the time listed on ticket. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your assigned time.
  • Respect Zoo rules to protect humans and animals.
