Calling all party animals! Birthday parties at Stone Zoo and Franklin Park Zoo are available year-round, rain or shine! For a wild experience, you and your guests can enjoy all-day admission to the Zoo, a private venue, the assistance of a birthday liaison, an animal encounter, a face painter or caricature artist, and more!

At Stone Zoo, birthday parties are held all year in the Maple Glen Tent, an all-season tent that is heated during the cooler months. At Franklin Park Zoo, birthday parties can be held in a tented venue or indoor space between May 1 and October 30. Between November 1 and April 30, birthday parties are held indoors at Franklin Park Zoo.

Our birthday parties book up fast and are available on a first come, first served basis. We strongly recommend booking three months in advance to secure your date, especially during the busy spring and summer months. Parties must be booked a minimum of three weeks in advance and are subject to availability.

ZIY (Zoo-It-Yourself) Birthday Party

ZIY Birthday rentals are subject to availability. Dates in July, August and September are limited.

Remember!

• The birthday child is FREE!
• Zoo members receive 10% off the room rental.
• You have the option of bringing in your own food and party supplies.
• For the safety of our animals, no balloons are allowed within the Zoo.
• Reserve early! (We recommend three months prior to your desired date.)
