Daytime admission tickets are released intermittently and may not be available more than two weeks in advance. • Members: Advance reservations for daytime admission is not required. Members can check in at the admissions gate with their member cards and a photo ID. |

Tickets purchased online are delivered to the email address provided (please allow up to one hour for receipt). Please note, your emailed receipt is not your ticket. You will need to download your barcoded tickets from your email and present them at the Admissions booth. To make the check-in process as fast and safe as possible, please print your tickets before arriving at the Zoo.
A valid ticket is required for Zoo entrance for each visitor. Tickets are one-time-use only and valid for the date and time noted. Tickets purchased online are only valid at the location indicated at time of purchase. Tickets are non-refundable, have no cash value, cannot be used for private or after-hours events and cannot be combined with any other offers.
If you have received a pass from your library that INCLUDES A CODE, follow these step-by-step directions to purchase your online tickets. If your pass does NOT include a code, your pass can be redeemed in person, and tickets can be purchased at the gate. You must already have the pass or code provided by the library before making your reservations.
