Sunday, August 16: 
• Franklin Park Zoo will be open for daytime guests. Due to events taking place outside the Zoo, traffic and parking restrictions will be in effect throughout Franklin Park. Circuit Drive will be closed, and barriers may be in place on some roadways. If you encounter a barrier, please identify yourself as a Zoo visitor. Parking will be available in the Zoo’s parking lots, though there may be periods when roads or parking areas are temporarily inaccessible. We strongly encourage the use of public transportation or rideshare when possible. 
• Franklin Park Zoo’s Boston Lights evening event will be closed on Sunday, August 16.

Don't forget your photo ID!

Membership cardholders are asked to present a photo ID with their membership card on each visit to Franklin Park and Stone Zoos. 

Renew your membership

Please note, if your membership has already expired, you may be prompted to purchase a new membership.

Update your contact information 

Contact us with your current contact information. Please include your name, member ID and mailing address.

Replace misplaced or stolen cards

Membership cards can be replaced for $5.00. You can place an order for replacement cards at any of our admissions gates or by calling our office at 617-989-2076. Please allow up to two weeks for mailing and processing.

As a member you receive free or reduced admission to 140+ other zoos nationwide.
