Don't forget your photo ID!

Membership cardholders are asked to present a photo ID with their membership card on each visit to Franklin Park and Stone Zoos. Membership cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Memberships are valid only for the named cardholders.

Replace misplaced or stolen cards

Membership cards can be replaced for $5.00. You can place an order for replacement cards at any of our admissions gates, by sending a check to the Membership Department or by calling our office at 617-989-2076. Please allow up to two weeks for mailing and processing.
