Ticketing Terms and Conditions
Tickets and Admission
A valid ticket or membership is required for each visitor to enter. Tickets are for one-time use only and are valid for the date and time noted. Online purchases are valid only at the location indicated at the time of purchase. All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be used for private or after-hours events or combined with any other offers.
When a ticket is purchased for a specific timed entry, it admits the named purchaser and accompanying guests included in the reservation for the date and arrival window selected at purchase, subject to available capacity. Entry outside the reserved window is not guaranteed and may be refused or rescheduled at Zoo New England's discretion.
- Daytime tickets may not be used for private or after-hours and evening events.
- Boston Lights, ZooLights, 21+ events, and separate evening event tickets may not be used for daytime visitation. These events are rain or shine.
- Valid government-issued ID is required for 21+ events and will be checked before entry. No one under the age of 21 is admitted.
- Membership benefits and admission are valid only for the named member(s) and are non-transferable.
Resale and Transfer
Tickets, memberships, and products may not be resold, offered for resale, transferred, or advertised for commercial gain or at a price above face value without the express written authorization of Zoo New England. Any tickets, memberships, or products acquired or obtained in violation of these Terms and Conditions, including through an unauthorized third party or resale platform, may be voided without a refund, and entry may be denied. Zoo New England reserves the right to cancel any ticket, membership, or product sold, listed, or transferred in violation of these terms and to require the removal of any such listing from any third-party platform or marketplace.
