  • FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED: Guests must wear a face mask/covering in compliance with the MA Department of Public Health Guidelines. Please note: Children under two are not required to wear a face covering.
  • Maintain social distance of 6 feet between other guests not in your party.
  • Enter the Zoo at the time listed on ticket. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your assigned time.
  • Respect Zoo rules to protect humans and animals.

Know Before You Go

In order to ensure the safety of staff and guests, we've made modifications to the Zoo experience in accordance with public guidance and health recommendations. 

  • Capacity is limited to allow for social distancing.
  • Online reservations are REQUIRED for members and general admission ticket buyers to help manage capacity limits and minimize contact at the entrance. Reservations are made for a specific date and time to ensure the Zoo is operating safely within the capacity limit and adhering to the proper social distancing requirements.
  • Member admission is free, but tickets MUST be reserved ahead of time.
  • Visitors will not be admitted into the Zoo before their ticketed time slot. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before the time listed on your ticket.
  • To make the check-in process as fast and safe as possible, please print your tickets before arriving at the Zoo.

Retrieving your Ticket

Tickets purchased online are delivered to the email address provided (please allow up to one hour for receipt). Please note, your emailed receipt is not your ticket. You will need to download your barcoded tickets from your email and present them at the Admissions booth. To make the check-in process as fast and safe as possible, please print your tickets before arriving at the Zoo.

Terms and Conditions

A valid ticket is required for Zoo entrance for each visitor. Tickets are one-time-use only and valid for the date and time noted. Tickets purchased online are only valid at the location indicated at time of purchase. Tickets are non-refundable, have no cash value, cannot be used for private or after-hours events and cannot be combined with any other offers.
