Meet Franklin Park Zoo’s kori bustards M’guu, Kibibi and Onyx! Did you know these impressive birds are among the heaviest birds in the world capable of flight? Look for their striking black-and-white patterned shoulders and distinctive black crests.
Then make your way to our red river hog and nyala habitat. These shapely swine will capture your heart with their striking features and curious personalities. Keep an eye out for Kondoo and Walter, our lowland nyala, antelope native to southeastern Africa. You can tell these two males apart by their impressive spiral horns: Kondoo, the older of the two, has larger horns!
